[Smile, Mayfield, you're on camera!
Crowe's out and about on town with a spiffy new Canon camera that he bought with some of his savings as a paper boy. After learning that Seychelles was droned now - one of the friends he's had in Mayfield the longest, and his partner in crime in the blitzball team - and that it was looking permanent, he decided to pass on practice today to try teach himself how to use this thing. He's used to digital cameras and cell phones from 2010, not these old things. It's got a bit of a learning curve, but he thinks he's getting the hang of it. As long as he keeps his fingers out of the way of the lens, that is. He's mostly in the park, but he can be found all over town taking photos of people and places that look interesting. He'll definitely stop any of his friends and ask if he can snap a shot of you, as well as any willing volunteers. Strike a pose for him?
Later in the day, despite the on-coming cold of winter, Crowe's still hanging out at the park. His schoolbag is full of books and papers, but he's currently writing in what looks to be a journal or ledger. He often stops, looking lost in thought, or as if he's trying to remember something. He'll shake his head to clear and get back to work. Care to interrupt?]

Maybe if he doesn't say anything he wont get caught further.]

He sneaks over and pokes that conspicuous curl poking out of the bush.]

[T-That kind of tickled. MUST. STAY. QUIET.]

You could use some lessons on the art of hiding, I think.
[Pokes that curl again for good measure. Got. You!]

I'm just rust--aah--! C-Careful, you.

If you're thinking you can hide from me, think again. What on earth are you doing, anyway?
no subject
[Well, it was half of the truth!]

Are you going to come out of there so I can add your photo to the collection, then? [He holds up the camera, looking hopeful.]

Ah. It's a camera. It takes photographs. You point it at whatever you want to take a photo of, and hit this button, and it records it on the film inside. Once the film's full, I'll get the photos developed. Um, I think that's the best way I can explain it.

So that's how those small paintings are made? I was wondering about that.

[Better than just taking your photo himself, he flags over a drone passing by and asks him to take a picture of the two of them. Pleasant drone obliges, and Crowe turns back to Norway.]
Ah. So just, stand here. And... smile, I guess? [Hopeful look!]

W-Wha--?

Thanks. Once I get them developed, I'll be sure to show you. I've been taking a lot today, really.

[Of the ones he remembers anyways. He's got a book back home that he was starting with Denmark during his previous stay shoved under his bed.]

I'm trying to take photos as of many people I can. I wish I had thought of it sooner. I want to have a record of the people who come in and out of this town, since they come and go so fast sometimes...

...I think I have one of Denmark if you want one of him for a record.
