Well, we did pretty well at the bake sale thankfully. We have some money to put towards getting everyone uniforms now. Coach had a few made for us awhile ago, so we'll base the rest on those.

Ah... although it seems Coach is gone for good, I know that he'd want us to keep playing. Imagine how mad he'd be if we all stopped, eh? [A sad chuckle.] So, practice will resume as normal. Some of us, like Seychelles and myself, have been playing for awhile, so we can handle coaching for now, I suppose... Anyway, I hope to see you all after school as usual.

[Part two! Action:

Like many folks today, Crowe is a victim of the 10-Year Bazooka. Let it be known that walking up behind Lambo and trying to get his attention is a bad move. An explosion and a puff of smoke later, Crowe has been replaced with his 26-year-old self for the next few hours.

He'll be wondering how in the world he got back to this god-awful place, and is dreading that it might be for good. His memory is a bit fuzzy but it's coming back to him as he strolls through town. While it's still unmistakably Crowe, he's even taller and broader now, with shorter hair and less formal clothes. Looks a little like this, really. Feel free to approach him as he walks around trying to not be horrified, muttering to himself in Italian of all things.]

_{[Pause. Quick hug, get!]} Don't disappear like the other idiot.

Hey now... [he hugs back.] Mayfield never gives people much choice, but I wouldn't leave without saying something if I can help it.

If ya disappear like he did I'll kick your ass 'til ya come back, got it? _{[He wasn't expecting the gesture to be returned, so he's taken a little off guard. He only holds on tighter.]}

[He chuckles quietly.] I got it.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to worry you. I don't know exactly what Mayfield is doing right now, but I promise I won't go anywhere without you.

[He wishes he could keep that promise, but Mayfield does what it wants, when it wants, after all...]

_{[He nods, allowing a rare smile to show itself.]} ...Thank you.

[He smiles back.] Just make sure you do the sa--

[And with that, he switches back. There's that sudden cloud of smoke, and 26-year-old Crowe is replaced back with his teenage self. His teenage self who looks very, VERY confused about everything right now.

The question is, are you still holding on to him, Norway?]

_{[Oh yeah, he totally is. Blowing some of the smoke out of his face and squinting, Norway focuses on Crowe--What just happened?]}

[Blinking at you]

...Norway? Wait, I-I'm back...?

[Noticing you are latched on to him, his face slowly starts turning red.]

Ya were jut here. 'Cept ya were taller 'n your hair was shorter--

_{[Odin's raven what was going on?]}

...I need a drink.

[It all kind of comes back to him at once, but already the memories were getting weirdly fuzzy.]

Norway, I.... I went back. I was... home. Sort of. Not where I was last, but in Italy again. I was working there. Clyde was there with me! We were working together, we...

I was home, Norway. Not the right time, but I was home.

[He holds head, just looking so lost.]

...Good lord, I think I do too at this point.

Clyde? _{[His head tilts in genuine curiosity. He's always been a little curious about this guy.]}

I think I've still got some booze at my house. M'not sure if I could sneak in and grab some from the bar or not.

I don't … it seems like a dream. I thought I was dreaming. It really happened? You said I was here, though…?

[He really just doesn't get this at all.]

Oh, he's a friend of mine. I met him when I moved to the US before coming here… but where I had just gone was ten years in the future. In Italy. He said I'd gone to university there and… [He's still processing all this. It all seemed far away now.]

_{[Italy. Have some staring for a few seconds.]}

[blinks] Ah. I'm not sure? But that's where I was living now. Then. 10 years from now. [He scratches the back of his head, still perplexed.] Wait, "them"?

You know, strangely enough I think this was caused by a man and a bazooka. None of this makes any sense. Was it… older me that was here then, I take it?

The Italies. Last I heard there were two of 'em. _{[A short pause--That was Crowe ten years from now? Wow.]} By the time you're ten years older I'll still look the same.

_{[A nod.]} Den's height 'n shorter hair.

...Ah. Good. I'm glad.

Ah, that's right... I mean, you're hundreds of years old, even if you look the same age as me...

Shorter hair, huh? [He runs a hand through it. He had been thinking of cutting it for awhile now, but at least now he didn't have a drone mother on his case about it anymore.]

Mm... And by the time ya turned ninety I'd have probably only aged by a year or two.

_{[Lifting a hand to lightly tug at that one streak of blue.]} Ya humans grow up too fast.

[He gives you a sad look. He never thought about it, really, but it's true.] That's unfortunate.

C'mon, you. _{[He moves that hand to cup his cheek with a small hint of a smile.]} Ya look better when ya smile.

[He does smile at that, albeit while furiously blushing.] Sorry. I-I mean thanks. I should say the same for you.

_{[His own grows to match.]} You're blushing, too.

[S-so flustered. He looks away a bit.]
