[There's a new villain in town tonight, Mayfield.

The problem? You can't see him. But, all over town, under the cover of darkness, your homes are being broken into and your valuables are disappearing right under your noses. Mostly, any expensive jewelry, from rings to watches or anything similar that looks valuable and interesting will be gone.

Crowe's always tried to hide the fact that he was raised to be a thief, and that his stealth, pickpocketing and breaking & entering skills are superb. But now? Now he's realized that he's been wasting his potential in this town, and can finally do what he was born to do. You might catch a blur escaping your window, or leaping from tree to tree, but other than that, he's going to be hard to track down. Unless you're a super hero, of course!

And with his new super villainous tendencies, he'll be found gloating from a rooftop from a recently-ransacked shop downtown. He's dressed in black, formfitting, silent-moving clothes, a black trench coat, and sneakers with just a simple domino mask. He holds a bag over his shoulders containing his stolen goods. He's a classy villain after all, none of those crazy costumes for him.]

Ha! This town is full of nothing but dead-eyed fools. It's almost boring stealing from them! The security is pathetic and the so-called heroes are a joke. I'll have everything in this town for myself in no time at all!

[Up until now Crowe had managed to avoid the candy, and had noticed that people in town were acting odd... but alas, even he succumbed to it. Anyone who wishes to confront or chase after him is more than welcome to! Also, because he's a super classy phantom thief, attractive young gentleman - who are not acting as superheroes - may find themselves approached with these new gifts! Oh ho ho ho~]

[[And OOCly, this is the mun asking permission for Crowe to steal things - either breaking into your homes, picking your pockets, whatever. He may even leave you a totally awesome phantom thief calling card! And trust me, anything he steals from you, HE WILL RETURN TO YOU after this all wears off.]]

As promised!

[Lounging around on his couch, his full attention focused on a cheesy romance novel written in the 40s perched against his knee. If he notices anyone breaking into his house or not, he doesn't show it.

Clearly this is a very interesting book.]

this is terrible and i love it

[A certain sneaky thief has slipped open your window and is now sitting in it. Crowe is sitting there decked out in his sneaky gear and mask but it's still obviously him. I mean how many people in town have silver and blue hair after all.

He'll wait for the cold night air breeze to catch Norway's attention in order to make his oh-so-classy entrance.]

so do i oh gosh

[He shivers, setting the book down in his lap just long enough to pull the blanket draped over the back of the couch over his legs. He resumes reading--Or tries to, anyways. Why can't he shake the feeling that something--or someone--is watching him?]

...Oi, someone close the window in here.

i also lack proper icons for this

[Since Norway doesn't get up, Crowe does, and silently makes his way over to the couch. Suddenly, dangling in between your book and your eyes is a beautiful pocket watch he managed to find.

Quietly:]
Surprise.

i need to rebuild his icon stock ;;

[An eyebrow arches up, studying the watch for all of five seconds before he tilts his gaze up to meet Crowe's. Stare.]

Crowe?

[identity profile] perfektsymmetry.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 05:25 am (UTC)(link)
[He takes one of your hands, places the watch in it and closes your fingers around it. He just looks down at you and gives you a smarmy smile, then raises a finger to his lips.]

Shh. Consider this a gift from an anonymous benefactor, shall we?

[identity profile] russefeiring.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 05:32 am (UTC)(link)
An anonymous--What?

[He's always had a penchant for various trinkets, but how had Crowe... He shakes his head slightly, his thumb brushing over the watch face. He'd never understand the other man. There may or may not be a faint blush tinting his cheeks.]

Is there a reason for it?

Should I need a reason to bestow gifts on you? The peasants in this town don't appreciate what they have, so I want to make sure it'll end up in the hands of someone actually would. I have one like it myself I'm quite fond of as well.

[identity profile] russefeiring.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
But it's not my birthday. [Though the gesture... It's nice. Really nice.] ...Thank you.

[identity profile] perfektsymmetry.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 06:09 am (UTC)(link)
There will more where that came from, trust me. As long as you enjoy it, yeah?

[He heads back over to the window and opens it. Before he goes he turns back to Norway.] Unfortunately, the night is young, and I have much more work ahead of me. But I'll return, mark my words.

[And off into the darkness he slips! Like the classy villain he is!]

[identity profile] russefeiring.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 06:22 am (UTC)(link)
Why do I get the feeling I'm going to be spoiled?

[He'll leave his bedroom window unlocked when he migrates up the stairs for the night, bro.]

[identity profile] perfektsymmetry.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 06:39 am (UTC)(link)
[Oh ho! Then perhaps Norway will wake to find 1 or 2 more pretty shinies on his window sill once he wakes up, complete with calling card (http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/2641/callcard.jpg)! Cuz no one'd ever guess that was him. Nope.]

[identity profile] russefeiring.livejournal.com 2010-11-08 07:11 am (UTC)(link)
[Totally putting them shinies in a jewelery box he snuck out of his mother's room. And that card? Scrapbook!]
