[This morning, the "dad" of his house asked Crowe to make himself scarce all day. Normally he doesn't like to question the orders of adults, nor would he suspect anything terrible. But he's been thinking about it all day while at school, and it's been worrying him.
Unsure of what to do with himself, being that he just got here and doesn't have many friends yet, he spends his time after school reading in the park, and making a quick visit to the pet store. He wonders if his housemates would be OK with having a pet or some kind. He'll have to talk it over with them at some point.
At sunset, he heads over to Nadia's place, who only lives down the street from himself. Mr. Brown asked if he could go on another street, but he didn't know where else to go... why would he ask that, anyway?
...Was that Mr. Brown on their roof?
Crowe slinks off into the shadows silently. You'd definitely miss him if you didn't know he was there. He watches Patrik for a few more minutes. He was set up on the roof with a loaded bow, completely motionless.
...he was planning on killing someone! But... who? Crowe knew about Mr. Brown's profession, but...
[Crowe slips quietly around the back of 1250 Williams, knocks on the back door, and asks whomever answers if Nadia is home.]
