[1] It's not a fun day to wake up and find two of your housemates droned. Crowe leaves the house, not wanting to deal with them, only to find out later that 3 of his friends - Aaron, Kakyoin and Flay - are also droned.

To add insult to injury, he finds something in the mailbox with his name on it. It's a small manila envelope. There is only a photo inside, and he stares at it for a long while. It's a mugshot of him when he was 15, when he was caught trying to burglarize a museum in Italy. Considering his infamous last name in the crime world of his homeland, he was quickly booked and thrown in jail until his uncle helped get him out and cleared his name.

To anyone who approaches him, his expression is completely unreadable, blank. Crowe wasn't quite sure what Mayfield was trying to tell him with this one.

[2] Later, there's a motorcycle zipping through town at an unsafe speed. To anyone who knows Crowe, the bike is recognizable. To anyone else, the helmet covers his telltale hair color, and the sunglasses might make it harder to tell who's driving. But you better look out if you're crossing the street, or waiting in your car at that intersection - there's a Ducati coming up fast. A bit later, he'll be driving on the highway, looping through over and over and over again, getting as much speed as he can handle.

Eventually, he runs out of gas, and he simply hops off the bike and walks it back into town, towards home. Approach?

[It's been obvious lately, since after Christmas, that Crowe hadn't been feeling like himself. He's been depressed ever since, doing his best to not show it. But today, Mayfield has decided to cheer him up, it seems. Suddenly there's another Christmas tree in his house this morning. And under that tree is a 2009 Ducati 1198 Superbike. He stares at it for a long time, rereading the note, looking it over... Santa? No. He *knows* this is from home. His birthday present from his dad. This was what he was promised for when he turned 17, and it's shown up here!

Crowe pushes it outside, pops on the helmet that was included, and rides off! There's going to be some problems though. Crowe was still learning how to ride back home, which was over 10 months ago now. So not only is he a newbie on a very fast bike, he's rusty. Better look out because he's coming your way! He'll be making awkward starts and stops, shaking and stalling out... but he manages to stay upright at least. But no one noticed him knocking himself into that mailbox, did they...? It doesn't seem to bother him though, as anyone who listens can hear him laughing. Feel free to stop him - maybe he's taking a breather, or maybe he almost ran you over. Oops. He'll be sorry, really. He'll also be stopping by his friends' houses to show off, and making an extra special stop at 1489 Kramden Road to pick up a certain special someone.]

[Well, a certain someone feels a real jackass! Of all the things Mayfield could have done to him, nothing was more embarrassing than his villainous escapades around town as a phantom thief. Oh god he left calling cards and everything, what was he thinking?

Crowe will be skipping school today in order to return all his stolen goods. If you had an encounter with him during his costumed crusade, he'll be stopping by your place to return and apologizing like mad. He'll be anonymously dropping off the stolen goods from the stores he robbed downtown, too.

...except for that stuff he gave to Norway. He's going to leave money for that. H-he seemed to like that watch so much.

Feel free to approach him when:
- he comes knocking on your door looking mortified, carrying a bag of goods.
- he's climbing up a telephone pole where he left the sweater he stole from Ren. He'll never forgive himself for that one.
- walking around town, on his way to various houses, looking like he kinda just wants to crawl into a hole and disappear. He can only hope he remembers who everything belonged too, and that everyone doesn't hate him forever.

Also, when he gets home, he's surprised to see a package has been left for him. Upon opening the large crate, Crowe finds it's full of all of his favorite books from home - mostly classic literature, but most importantly, his Sherlock Holmes collections.

He sits back on the porch flipping through them, and laughing in a tired sort of way. It was like Mayfield says "Sorry for murdering you twice, killing your friends, burning down your house and making you look like a complete idiot to the entire town. Enjoy your books!"]

[HEY MAYFIELD. Something weird is going on with your local uber-polite nerd boy. He receives a package in the mail after getting home late in the day, finding it sitting on the porch. He opens it there, and is ecstatic about what he finds inside - anyone who's watching only sees something in a small black canvas case. Grinning widely, he tucks the case into his coat pocket, throws open the front door of his house, planning to go and call Kay Faraday - and he disappears!

The mystery package Crowe received is causing him to teleport randomly whenever he passes through a doorway to somewhere else, anywhere else, in Mayfield. Maybe he's in YOUR house! Maybe he's intruding on something embarrassing/hilarious/crazy/fun. Whatever the result, Captain No-Common-Sense here will take awhile to gather that the package he received is causing the chaos. And he'll arrive in your home/business completely flustered and apologetic.]

O-oh goodness. How is this even happening?! NOW where am I?!
