[It's been obvious lately, since after Christmas, that Crowe hadn't been feeling like himself. He's been depressed ever since, doing his best to not show it. But today, Mayfield has decided to cheer him up, it seems. Suddenly there's another Christmas tree in his house this morning. And under that tree is a 2009 Ducati 1198 Superbike. He stares at it for a long time, rereading the note, looking it over... Santa? No. He *knows* this is from home. His birthday present from his dad. This was what he was promised for when he turned 17, and it's shown up here!

Crowe pushes it outside, pops on the helmet that was included, and rides off! There's going to be some problems though. Crowe was still learning how to ride back home, which was over 10 months ago now. So not only is he a newbie on a very fast bike, he's rusty. Better look out because he's coming your way! He'll be making awkward starts and stops, shaking and stalling out... but he manages to stay upright at least. But no one noticed him knocking himself into that mailbox, did they...? It doesn't seem to bother him though, as anyone who listens can hear him laughing. Feel free to stop him - maybe he's taking a breather, or maybe he almost ran you over. Oops. He'll be sorry, really. He'll also be stopping by his friends' houses to show off, and making an extra special stop at 1489 Kramden Road to pick up a certain special someone.]

[Residents of 1247 Williams may notice the car is gone, and it's not dear old not-dad who's driving it about the neighborhood like a maniac today. Actually, it's Crowe driving it about the neighborhood like your grandma on Sunday.

He had a few weeks of driver's ed back home, and studied up on it while here in Mayfield. But he's never been behind the wheel before. And, well, being Crowe, he doesn't want to be a bother and make anyone have to teach him, so he's decided to get some practice. How hard could it be? It seemed simple enough, right?

Yeah, right.

It's not going so well for him, but he's not giving up yet! He can be found in several places today driving around town:

- blocking up traffic driving SUPER SLOW. He's too afraid to take it over 25 or so. When someone honks at him, he makes a squeaking noise, speeds up for a few seconds before slowing down again.
- taking a turn too sharp or too wide, and running into various things, or....people?! Look out, innocent bystanders! He'll miss the occasional traffic sign, too focused on driving.
- The family car has seen better days since dear ol' Milkman Dan has gotten into town, and occasionally there's some malfunctioning. Maybe the bumper as fallen off, perhaps the radiator has started to spout steam. Nothing to panic over, right? Except this is Crowe. Of course there's some panicking.
- attempting to parallel park. OH THE HUMANITY. Pray that's not your car he's parking by.
- a surprise empty whiskey bottle has rolled out from under the seat and lodged itself under the pedals. From within the car can be heard "OhGodOhGodOhGod---!" Better get out of his way, Mayfield!]

[Some folks around Mayfield may notice something in the past few days - your wallet is missing. You had it in your pocket one moment, and then, like magic, it's gone! And no matter how many coat pockets you tear through, or couch cushions you overturn, or car seats you rummage under, you just can't seem to find it.

That is, until the next morning, when you go to get your mail and, just like magic once again, there sits your wallet. Everything you had inside it is still there - as a matter of fact, it might even be more organized than you last remembered. You don't see anyone around, and besides the Milkman, the only one that had been by was your paperboy sometime after that. But that was fairly early this morning...]

[Besides some decoration planning for the dance, Crowe hasn't really come home much, other than to sleep, which he hasn't been doing much of anyway (despite the fact that blitzball practice was really wearing him out). Anyone else who's a night owl may see him walking the streets, or sitting in the park. You'll always be greeted when he passes with a genuine smile and a greeting.

It's late one night where he sneaks back into his own home, too tired to stay out any longer, and makes it up a tree to a hallway window. He swiftly opens the window and sneaks in silently. Mayfield's security may as well been from the stone age compared to what he was used to, and it made this sort of thing way too easy. But he wasn't watching himself well enough, and in his sleepy state snags his foot on the window, and stumbles inwards - directly into Sniper, who was just leaving the bathroom. Crowe staggers back a few steps, two wallets falling from his coat pocket as he does. He gives Sniper a startled expression, eyes wide, looking from the wallets back then back to Sniper.

Sniper grins. "Well well. What have you been up to, Little Mister Perfect?"]
