The road disappeared? This is... no. There's got to be a way in. There's a lot of people over there! If they can't get out, they're done for. And whatever did this could come back for them.

Look, you... there's so many of you out there with weird powers or magic or whatever. There's got to be something you can do! I don't -- [sigh] ...I'm going to go look. I don't know where. Everywhere I can, I suppose. We can't give up on them. If you want to help me, I'll be around town. I... I'd like to think if I was trapped there, my friends would do the same for me.

[There's a slight pause as Crowe sighs shortly, regaining his composure.]

I was over there as much as I could be! I came back to mayfield to get some food and... the road was gone. Damn it, if I would have just stayed there I could still be looking for Index right now.

Canada, Major General Armstrong, Sideswipe and The Captain are there in Westport. They are alive.

We need to find a way to get a message to them. If there is something not human reaching them, they could be in very real danger.

We have to help them get out of there as soon as possible. If they're stuck there for more than a few days.... they have no running water or food. They'll be in real trouble then...

I'm going to go look for a way in. Maybe there's another road, or a passage, or something. They... they just couldn't leave them over there, right...? I... called to check on my friends. Junpei and Kay are there... Margot too, I think. I... I can't abandon them.

I understand the need to get them out but unless we know that the threat that has them pinned there has not come here, what good are we if we are dead as well?

This is a test of your own fortitude. To act on personal impulse to save lives without a means to protect yourself and others can land you in the grave. Use your head.

As a scientist, I have to press on for the betterment of everyone no matter the cost and I must do the same as a constable. Think me heartless, though I will not stand the risk to lose any more.

Kay, I have met her. She is intelligent and she is quick thinker. You have to trust in her skill to survive just as I have to trust in you to make the right decision. If you choose to go in after them, that is your wish and I cannot stop you.

I have lost people there too and I am heartsick with it. Two I left behind by their choice.

Then by all means, do so. Please keep your mind clear. It is important for you to understand that if a solution cannot be found, or a way cannot be reached that you should take a step back and think carefully on another plan.

There are times that Plan A will never meet Plan B's expectations. Be safe and be well for their sake.
