He has just been hopelessly homesick since he got here, and getting an item from home sent to him only seemed to make it worse. He knows he could never handle it if they ended up here only to get hurt or brainwashed.

It was like the telephone calls. Trying to convince us that there is more than just this. Trying to convince us that friends and family want us here and are stuck as well.

Think about it. Why leave some of us alone like this and drone others. The only answer is they're enjoying torturing us.

If they really had another town, everyone there wouldn't be droned. They'd be like us. They would make them suffer like us. We know they can trick us, and they will trick us. They'll pick us out one by one. But they won't drone us all. If they did, or if they could, there wouldn't be a point to this.

Don't let them see you suffer. Now go check on your friends in town, I am sure a few of them are taking this hard.
