Oh, well, she's the person who's pretty much in charge of this place. She's... not as she seems, which is really a little girl. She's probably the, um, avatar, I guess, of someone called Zemekis. Somehow he, she, whatever, is in control of all this. Most of this.

Hmm. I don't know if anyone has tried anything like that. But she's very powerful, and can drone you, a-and I'm pretty sure she knows what's going on in town at all times. Trying will only get you droned, I'm sure.
